How long does it take to fulfill an order?

Orders placed in Victoria takes 2-3 business days, while orders from the rest of the other states in Australia will take 3-5 business days to be fulfilled. We also fullfill international orders that will take 5-6 business days.

Upon ordering, we will get back to you within 24 hours to update you on the expected delivery date.

Bulk orders may vary depending on the specifics of the order, which will be communicated by one of our staff.

For standard shipping within Victoria, we offer a flat rate of $10. Enjoy free delivery on all orders over $120 as our way of saying thank you for shopping with us! For faster shipping options or international delivery, the costs will be calculated at checkout depending on your location and the specifics of your order. We always strive to provide the best possible rates and top-notch service, ensuring your journals reach you promptly and in perfect condition.

Can I refill my pages once the journal is full?

Accepted Answer

We know the tight bond that forms between a user and the journal, especially since leather develops a unique patina over its period of use. For our standard journals, the paper and leather are bound during the stitching process.

We offer the option to restitch new pages within your old leather cover whenever your journal is full. Just gives us a call and let us know how we can schedule the pick-up.

Do you ship to other countries outside Australia?

Absolutely!
We have partnered up with DHL, Fedex and Sendle to ensure that wherever you are around the world, your purchase can be fulfilled.
Depending on the country and city you are in, the shipping costs will be communicated upon confirmation of your order.

Will you restock items indicated as "Out of Stock?"

Yes.
We are actively working on ensuring that all products listed in our shop are available for purchase to ensure that the fulfillment time is much faster.

Are the papers made from recycled paper?

Accepted Answer

Our standard journals are made from watermark paper that offers superior consistent quality, bleed proof and sturdy.

We are working on different types of recycled papers that will be rolled out mid- 2025. Additionally, papers that will be refilled will be reused to make recycled paper. Stay tuned to our upcoming projects.
